Sunny was right, I went to the trash where I threw away Giorgio's original air intake tube and the sidecar works great again.
Thank you to all of you and to Ural for the dozens of emails I recevied suggesting me what to do and where to look,
 I never felt alone and lost while searching for the problem that I created myself and had nothing to do with the motor itself !!!
