How to remedy hypothermia |
- Warm the inside of your body by drinking warm drinks |

- Put warm compress on your crotch, under your harms, around your neck where the arteries are most exposed |

- Cover your body with clothes to avoid losing more body heat |
|

Alcool and cafeine consume your energy and will accelerate your hypothermia condition |
