The highest you go in elevation, the less oxygen you have and you need to lower the quantity of gas coming into the carburetors to keep a good combustion mixed. To do so, you lower the size of the jets in the carburators. So far, I know how to do it up to 13.500'. Thank you to Ryno from Ural South Africa who put me on the right track with his drawing showing the importance of the idle jet on his drawing. When I was riding at 13.000' with a 120 main jet, the motor was running fine except that I could absolutely not start uphill. I then tried the 38 idle jet unstead of the 40 and the problem was solved.
